Littlesea Holiday Park has plenty of facilities to entertain the family and is located on the beautiful Jurassic Coast. There is so much for you to explore in the local area including Weymouth’s sandy beaches, harbourside bistros and restaurants. Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are great days out. Or perhaps consider taking the family to Monkey World or The Tank Museum for a family day out, or simply soak up the stunning views of the Fleet Lagoon along Chesil Beach. Either way, you will be spoilt for choice.
On park there are so many facilities so whether you want to relax on the Terrace by our outdoor pool or make the most of the sports activities there really is something to please everyone.
Finance options are available subject to individual acceptance. Enquire today for more information. The finance company agrees to supply the holiday home under a hire purchase agreement. This means the holiday home remains the property of the finance company and they hire it to you from the date of the agreement until the purchaser pays all sums due under the agreement. You will then become the owner of the holiday home. There are no mortgage options available on this holiday home.
The holiday home is brought by the purchaser who will then enter into an agreement with the park for a 12 year period. Once this has expired you must either remove the holiday
home from park or enter into a fresh agreement to site the holiday home on the park for a further term. You have the option to sell the holiday home prior to the end of the agreement term. The Holiday Home is for holiday and recreational purposes only and therefore not classed as a Park Home. The holiday home is not offered on a Leasehold or Freehold basis.
